課程概述	The content of this course was designed to three prats. Part I, introductory Crop "Production" Part II, introductory crop physiology (including the definition of crop, plant tissue and organ, crop production, ....). Part III introduction of specific crops such as rice, tuberous crop (sweet potato, potato...), recreation crops, specific function crops...etc.
課程目標	Let students (their major is not agronomy) can know the information about characterizations of crops, crop production, and crop function.
